- QUEUE MANAGEMENT: The queue management system allows you to advance the shift via long-range wireless remote controls and set the shift via the e-Remote application for iOS/Android smartphones/tablets. In addition, eTurnix is able to satisfy any customer need, display the shift numbering in two or three digits and announce the shift with customizable voice messages and in different languages. Radio control supplied: VT30 with 9V battery, with integrated display, great autonomy.
- CONNECTIVITY: e-TurnixBox is a client box that displays the shift numbers of one or more branches on a monitor/TV with HDMI socket, along with a schedule of multimedia content configurable by the user. It is possible to reset the shifts automatically every day or manually via remote control.
- EASE OF USE: To use e-TurnixBox you need to have a monitor/TV with HDMI input and the installation of the product consists of a few simple steps. Furthermore, to configure e-TurnixBox it is not necessary to install any software, but it is sufficient to use a browser on a PC/Notebook/Tablet/Smartphone connected to the same LAN network as the BOX and access the web application, called eT-Config (see content A+ for the configuration guide).
- CUSTOMIZATION: e-Turnix can be customized with company logos, counter names, services based on the place where it is installed: there are versions for; embassies, supermarkets, queue management systems for caf, for ministries, for restaurants, for medical offices, for courts. The player reproduces video and image schedules in the most common formats and automatically modulates its volume in the event of a new shift announcement.
- ANNOUNCE THE SHIFT VOICALLY: Announcing the shift with customizable voice messages and in different languages (Italian/English/French/Spanish/German) allows you to inform customers of their shift number and offer a more efficient and professional service. In addition, the voice announcement can be customized to adapt to the customer’s needs.
