Regulation of the contractual quality of the Integrated Water Service: Resolution

Integrated Water Service: resolution 655/2015/R/idr

With resolution dated 23 December 2015 n.  655/2015/R/idr , the Authority for electricity, gas and the water system , implementing the provisions of community directive no. 2000/60/EC which, highlighting the ” non-commercial nature of water “, establishes the need to  guarantee access to all users  while ensuring  compliance with the minimum quality obligations of all services connected to its supply , has drafted and approved the integrated text for the regularization of the contractual quality of the Intergated Water Service (SII) or of each of the individual services that compose it, among which we would like to highlight the management of the branches aimed at users.

Our  TURNIX® queue management system  is able to manage every aspect related to user reception, through the management:

  • queues at the counter, also through the use of remote bookings;
  • of service statistics (waiting times, processing times, type of procedures processed, etc.)
  • the quality of the service provided (so-called customer satisfaction)
